Registration for Lyddington customers wanting to switch to our fast broadband service. This includes porting your telephone number and moving your line - a process which takes 10 working days. There will be slight disruption on the 10th day and we will notify you in advance of the exact date of transfer.

We are also taking this opportunity to confirm you have understood the situation regarding delivery of our fast broadband service to your master telephone socket, and the implications if you do not have one, or if you currently rely on an internal extension for connecting your broadband router.

We also now need your bank details for direct debit payments for the service.
For home users (service cannot be used for business purposes), the cost is £30/month for fast broadband, line rental and PAYG calls.
For business users it is £45/month excl VAT.

We supply you with a VDSL modem and a non-wireless broadband router. A wireless router upgrade costs £45. You cannot use an existing ADSL wireless router with our service.

There is a £150 connection charge - imposed on us by BT to take a custoemr away from them. If you are having a new line then there is no additional charge beyond this £150.

The only additional costs which may be incurred relate to your internal wiring, or if your existing phones are not compatible with a modern dialtone service.
