| 5/8/10 | We are experiencing issues with a DoS (denial of service) attack.
There is no compromise to the individual customers security. The DoS
attack may be the result of the recent publicity we have received. It is
causing issues with broadband speeds and packet loss. The main symptom is the
inablitity of some customers to make outgoing calls. Update 12/8 Our 3rd party provider was responsible for significant delays in dealing with the issue. We are taking this up with them to help prevent a reoccurance and improve our overall level of service. |

- this is being investigated. The outage affects both phones and internet.
Technical consultants are working on the problem as a priority. |

Our 3rd party VoIP/telephone provider has known issues. They have
despatched an engineer to troubleshoot. It is a major infrastructure issue with
one of their Storage Area Networks. They are fully aware that all our customers
are affected - unable to make outgoing calls or receive incoming
calls. |

our upstream provider, Gamma Telecom, and will be resolved as soon as
possible. |
